Natasja
Well, here a
little introduction about me. I’m Natasja, born and raised in Schiedam, where I
still live with my babies, a dog and four cats. I don’t have children, but who
knows what the future will bring, otherwise I’m totally happy with my two nephews.
I work as a finance accountant at a greenhouse builder and I like what I’m
doing (otherwise I wouldn’t work there for almost ten years).
My passion
for books developed on an early age. As long as I can remember you could find
me with my nose in books. But from the age of fourteen my interest began for
the historical genre, the simply Candlelight’s and after that the translated
historical roman by Kathleen Woodiwiss, Catherine Coulter, Johanna Lindsey were
next. When that wasn’t enough anymore I started to read the English versions. A
very big mistake, now I’m so hooked up to the English language that I don’t
even read a Dutch book anymore. And all the choice in English…OMG, a whole new
world, the beautiful covers and the original humor… fabulous.
My addiction
for books is so enormous that my bookshelves cover my entire wall in the living
room. A real eye-catcher, if I say so myself. My all time dream is to build my
own library, a room full of books, a huge sofa or chair to comfort myself in
and dream away in a world full of gorgeous Alpha males.
When my good
friend Marisa told me about her plans to build her new website and explain to
me what she wants, I didn’t hesitated for a moment and offered her my help to
get the information she needed. But I have to confess that I was a little
surprised when she offered to build this website together, because our
bookshelves are almost identical. And that is when this website was created. I
know for sure we will enjoy it.
Of course I
have a lot of favorite authors; Christine Feehan, Karen Marie Moning, Susan
Sizemore, J.R. Ward, Sylvia Day, Alyssa Day, Lynn Viehl, Sherrilyn Kenyon,
Kinley MacGregor, Shayla Black, C.T. Adams & Cathy Clamp and C.L. Wilson
(to name a few). As for genres I read almost anything, paranormal, erotica,
fantasy, historical and many more.
